One of the most beautiful manufactured home communities in California, Rancho Vallecitos has wide streets, large homesites, beautiful homes, great views and fun, active residents.

We bought Rancho Vallecitos in November, 2001 with the help of the San Marcos Redevelopment Agency. San Marcos made a grant of $500,000 and allowed us to sell low interest tax-exempt bonds. This enabled us to bring the Millennium program to Rancho Vallecitos, as follows:
